There are 4 key menus that will help you run the hotel. However you can use the sell retail store button to get rid of the hotel and potentially break even.Īlso be aware you might have to give it the Hotel venue type again once you’ve sold it. WARNING!!! do not attempt to use any of the features for hiring and marking up prices etc from the retail ui. Just like purchasing a retail lot, you’ll need to transfer some money into the business. The price will be the value of the lot, so you’ll need to have the full amount to purchase. Find and select the hotel you placed or created to purchase. This will take you to the world map where you’ll need to remember where you placed your hotel. Once your hotel is setup you will need to be on a residential lot, have a basegame computer for the interactions to show up, and select “Purchase Hotel”. Basemental has one, littlemssam, and a few others. If the venue doesn’t show up when you try to purchase it then try another venue list. You should be able to purchase the venue if it’s the generic lot type as well. Note: During testing I noticed that the lot trait didn’t always work, so you’ll also get the trait when you purchase a venue.įirst be aware that the venue converts back to generic once you purchase the venue.
A basegame computer is required to run the hotel properly. Make sure the hotel has 8 or more hotel rooms, front desk area, and activities for the guests while they’re there. This will give your Sim the Hotel Manager trait when they arrive and remove it when they leave. Get a hotel lot from the gallery or build one of your own.
You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way. This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it’s custom but if you have any issues just le me know. It’s always possible for a mod to conflict with this one, but I don’t know of any.
